Summary
I joined Under Armour just ahead of the launch of UA Rewards, their new loyalty program. My focus was on designing a new loyalty email system that would support UA Rewards communications while staying true to the brand. To make these emails stand out, I introduced a bold, inverted color scheme, ensuring that loyalty messaging felt impactful, engaging, and unmistakably Under Armour.

Over the next three months, I designed an entire loyalty-focused email system, building out 25 new content blocks and 27 fully designed emails. These modular components allowed the team to scale communications quickly, maintaining both flexibility and consistency across campaigns.

The results were immediate. At launch, the loyalty emails I designed drove 80% of UA Rewards signups, proving the power of thoughtful, strategic design in turning customer engagement into real business impact.
