The result was a brand-new email design system with 32 modular components and 17 customizable templates, giving Coca-Cola and its bottlers the ability to personalize communications while staying true to the brand. This wasn’t just about making emails look better; it was about creating a system that worked for everyone, from marketers to developers to local bottlers who needed customization without complexity.
Then, right in the middle of design, myCoke went through a full rebrand. Thanks to the strong, adaptable foundation we built, the new design system didn’t just survive the rebrand, it made it shine. On top of that, I helped Coca-Cola shape their Center of Excellence, defining key roles, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members to set them up for long-term success.
