Summary
Capital One’s Dealer Navigator is a vital tool for auto dealers, helping them manage inventory, assist customers, run credit checks, and provide financing recommendations. I was brought in to support the design and optimization of the platform, ensuring it was intuitive, efficient, and valuable for dealers in their day-to-day operations.
Leveraging Capital One’s Gravity design system, I designed enhancements to Dealer Navigator, improving usability, refining workflows, and enabling smarter recommendations for dealers. These updates made it easier for them to guide customers through financing options and available autos, increasing both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
By combining user insights with strategic design, my work helped strengthen the platform’s impact, ensuring that dealers had the right tools to match customers with the best financing solutions and autos, ultimately creating a smoother, more effective car-buying experience.
